RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE

Parts Yushin America does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Parts Yushin America does not take title to the refunded item.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Parts Yushin America attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Parts Yushin America does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Parts Yushin America Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Parts Yushin America itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

PRICING

"List Price" means the suggested retail price of a product as provided by a manufacturer, supplier, or seller. We regularly check List Prices against prices recently found on Parts Yushin America and other retailers. Certain products may have a "Was Price" displayed, which is determined using recent price history of the product on Parts Yushin America.

With respect to items sold by Parts Yushin America, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by Parts Yushin America is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We generally do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process or, for digital products, until we make the digital product available to you.

Shipping Policy                

Your Yushin Parts will ship within two business days for in stock items. Backordered parts usually ship within three weeks. The carriers that may be used are UPS or FedEx. You can supply your account number for collect shipments, or we can ship prepaid, and add the freight charges to your invoice.  Both FedEx and UPS offer express shipping if required. We have daily pickups from both FedEx and UPS.  Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. FedEx and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Refund Policy

All returns require approval prior to return. Return requests should be sent to Webparts@yushin.com. If the return is approved, a return authorization number will be issued. Note; we do not accept returns for major electrical components; motors, reducers, servo amps, etc

About Refunds

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item and how the item was purchased.

If you're waiting for a refund and want to check the status, you can view this information in Your Account.

To check the status of your refund:

1.  Go to Your Orders. 

2.  Click Order Details next to the order.

Returns & Refunds

Exchange or Replace an Item

If you need to trade your item for a different size or color, you can exchange qualifying items through our Online Returns Center.

If the item you wish to return doesn't have an exchange option or you received the item as a gift, you'll need to return the original item and place a new order.

To exchange an item:

  1. Find the order you want to return, and then click Return or replace items.

Tip: If you don't see the order you're looking for, select another option from the See more menu.

2.Select the item you want to exchange, and then select a reason from the Reason for return menu.

An exchange order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be created. You can use the return label provided to you to send your original item back. You'll need to return the original item within 30 days to avoid being charged for both the original and exchange items.

Note:

If the item you're exchanging costs less that your original purchase we will refund you the difference.

This policy refers to color/size exchanges only. Parts Yushin America does not price match.

About Exchanges & Replacements

Did you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item sold by Parts Yushin America.com and want to replace it with the same item? Is your order missing an item or part and you want a refund or replacement?

The item being exchanged must meet the following criteria:

  • Shipped to an address in the U.S.
  • Shipped and sold by Parts Yushin America.com
  • Not an Add-On item
  • Not identical to the item being returned
  • Originally purchased with a credit card

Exchanges for a Different Size or Color

Exchanges are available for part items that have a size or color variation. The exchange item must be:

  • A different size or color than the return item
  • Shipped and sold by Parts Yushin America.com

Exchanges for an Item in Your Cart

The exchanged item must be:

  • Added in a quantity of one to the Cart
  • Shipped and sold by Parts Yushin America.com
  • Not an Add-on Item
  • Not identical to the item being returned

 

Holiday Return Policy

Items shipped by Parts Yushin America.com between November 1 and December 31 of this year, may be returned until January 31 of the following year for a full refund, subject to our other return guidelines listed below. Items shipped from Parts Yushin America.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

  • Only product(s) that say that they are eligible for Free Returns on the product detail page are eligible for Free Returns. Free Returns only applies to product(s) fulfilled by Parts Yushin America. No minimum purchase is required to receive Free Returns.
  • Free Returns is available to delivery addresses in the 50 states of the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Free Returns is available to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States zip code only. Additional geographic shipping restrictions may apply to particular products.
  • If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the eligible product(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy. We do not refund the original shipping fees, however.
  • All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product. Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
  • Eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Please contact our Parts Customer Service and we will guide you through the process. We offer two options to return eligible product(s):
    • UPS drop off option: You can drop off your return at the authorized UPS location of your choice. There is no charge for this option.
    • UPS pickup option: UPS will pick up your return at the address of your choice. If you choose the UPS Pickup option and if the return is not a result of our error, you will be charged a convenience fee of $6 for the UPS Pickup.
  • Parts Yushin America will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for return shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s). If your return is not a result of a Parts Yushin America error, we will not refund the original shipping fees. If you return product(s) that are ineligible for free returns with product(s) that are eligible for free returns, Parts Yushin America may deduct the shipping costs for the ineligible products(s) from your refund amount in accordance with Parts Yushin America's general returns policy. In addition, some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.

Turn Off Location Information on Specific Devices

You can disable all access to location information by applications and collection of location information by your device location service at any time.

To turn off location services on your device, do one of the following: 

  • On Kindle Fire devices, tap Location-based Services in the Settings menu, and then tap Off.

Note: These steps are not applicable to Kindle Fire 1st Generation.

  • On Android devices, tap the Location option from the Settings menu. Most Android devices will allow you to turn off location services for your entire phone, such as GPS services and other companies' location services. Generally, by leaving a box unchecked, the location service is turned off.
  • On iPhone and Windows phones, tap Settings, then tap Location Services and toggle the switch to OFF.
